There are two direct bus from Alleppey to Munnar

First one is early morning 4:30 AM and the next one at 2 PM from Alleppey Bus Stand

Departure Timing from Alleppey : 09:00 AM & 03 PM

Recent Update :- KSRTC has started Town To Town Bus service directly to Munnar from Alleppey. As these two are most wanted destinations in Kerala, the newly started services is going to help people a lot

Travelling Route of New TT Service :- Vaikkom, Nadakkavu, Mulanthuruthy, Piravom, Moovattupuzha, Kothamangalam, Adimaly and Anachal

Alleppey to Munnar :- Departure from Alappuzha: 07.00 AM

Munnar to Alleppey :- Departure from Munnar: 03.00 PM

It will takes approximately 6-7 hours with normal traffic in Bus . You may wonder "this much time for travelling". Yes it's a fact because Munnar is hilly area so almost half of the journey is through ghat roads. So need more time.

If you are travelling in cab, then you can reach in between 4 .30 to 5 hours
